We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating and managing a variety of projects aimed at enhancing our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage aged care project and other initiatives to ensure successful implementation.
- Develop project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget constraints.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and issue logs.
- Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
