Our UGL Utilities division is seeking a Project Administrator for our Maragle substation and transmission lines project in the beautiful Kosciusko National Park. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will provide support in driving deliverable on this once in a lifetime project.
UGL's utilities business undertakes essential design & construction services for critical infrastructure in the power and water sectors. Our end-to-end delivery ranges from transmission lines, switchyards, substations, electrical distribution through to water and wastewater treatment plants and water pipelines.
What will a day in this role look like:
· Provide administration support to the site project team
· Provision of other administrative assistance as required.
· Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site.
· SAP input and maintenance of purchase orders, including goods receipt, journals and queries
· Prepare and maintain estimate to complete reports
· Maintain site PEMS (Purchase and Expense Management System) records
· Reconcile data from accounts department with site records
· Maintain systems and procedures for contractual requirements
· Provide assistance and data for preparation of reports
· Maintain a filing system of site documentation, ensure that information is available when required
· Organisation and coordination of corporate functions and site events as needed
· Payroll administration backup including SAP and ETCH timesheet entries for blue-collar and white-collar staff
· Onboarding, Travel booking assistance including mobilisation of employees and subcontractors as required

· Proficient skills in computers: MS Word, Excel, Access, email etc.
· Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands
