About the Position:
WorkPac are currently seeking aContract Administrator to work with our local mining Client in Rolleston. This position is an initial 12-month duration, potential for extension. This role offer DIDO or FIFO options and will be a Monday to Friday Roster, 11 hour days. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract administration for a project involving an open cut mine expansion.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage business contractors
Liaise with internal and external vendors and suppliers.
Making sure conditions are correctly documented and followed through.
Pre contract & execution phase administration
Reporting to the Project Manager assisting in the pretender scope development, tendering, contract development and administration ofcontracts.
Skills and Experience:
Must have or willing to obtain CBM and Standard 11
The role will be Civil/Construction Background with 3 years experience in the tendering, pre contract & execution phase administration.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software
Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to contracts and procurement
