Key Responsbilities
- Provide a range of project support services, including coordinating, implementing and monitoring project plans
- Coordinating project resources and analyse budget needs
- Prepare and maintain briefs and reports and other project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and coordinate working groups
- Source, collate and compile data and information to identify emerging issues.
- Undertake research and analysis, identifying trends and preparing project briefs, to support informed decision-making and planning.
- JIRA & Agile experience
- Strong people skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with attention to detail
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant working experience in project management.
