Cartology is the Woolworths Group’s new stand-alone retail media business. Customer behaviour is changing. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating digital screens installation/maintenance projects and assisting in managing program finances/administration tasks, including budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoicing.

You will be collaborating closely with internal teams, external technical teams and clients to ensure the successful and timely delivery of digital screens projects. The ideal candidate will possess a background in project coordination along with knowledge and experience in DooH (Digital Out Of Home) technologies.

What you’ll do:
 

  • Coordinating digital screens installation/maintenance projects by liaising with installers, commercial teams, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
  • Act as a point of contact for installers, commercial teams, and clients, fostering positive relationships and resolving any conflicts that may arise
  • Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders to clarify project requirements, timelines, and expectations.
  • Monitor and track project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly to ensure timely completion of installations.
  • Assist in managing program finances by supporting administration tasks, including budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoicing.

What you’ll bring:
 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as spreadsheets and JIRA
  • Familiarity with project finance and administration tasks
  • An understanding of the retail media/DooH environment is highly desirable.
