Ear Science is a for purpose organisation dedicated to improving the quality of life for those with hearing loss and hearing disorders through its clinical, research, education and community activities.
Ear Science is looking for an experienced full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE) Project Coordinator to play a critical role in the delivery of our new Business System implementation on a 12-month maximum-term contract.
About the role:
Reporting into our Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for supporting project management, collaborating with subject matter experts, communicating with key stakeholders and supporting change management activities.
Showcasing your exceptional administrative and communication skills, you will be a key point of contact with external consultants, coordinate workshops and user acceptance testing minimising disruption to operations as a result of the system implementation.
With an eye for process improvement, you will assist subject matter experts with identifying efficiencies through data collation and analysis through to documenting revised process maps and procedures.
About you:
Our ideal candidate will have the below demonstrated experience and personal attributes:
- An eye for detail with exceptional administrative skills demonstrated in a similar role for 3+ years
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project coordination skills
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and exposure to process automation and other technology solutions is highly regarded.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a busy, dynamic environment.
