At the QAS we support 500+ pre-elite and elite athletes from talented juniors through to Olympic, Paralympic and World Championships medallists to win on the world stage. We support both in-house squad programs, partnership programs with National Sporting Organisations and/or scholarships for individuals who are on medal winning trajectories for international success.

If you have a deep desire to contribute to something transformational, of state and national significance, and are committed to continuous improvement, it's an exciting time to join our organisation on an important mission.Your contribution and key accountabilities:- Deliver best practice events, projects, and initiatives in accordance with current policies and procedures.- Coordinate events and projects from conception to evaluation (research, plan, document, resource budget, deliver, promote, evaluate and report) including development of project plans, communication materials, project timelines, briefing notes and correspondence. Ensure the nominated initiatives achieve outcomes within time, cost, quality, scope and risk tolerances.- Develop communication materials that support the delivery of events, projects and/or initiatives.- Develop, support and sustain effective, collaborative working relationships with team members and diverse internal and external stakeholders to leverage resources and technical expertise. These include QAS business units, the DTS Department, and National and State Sporting organisations to deliver QAS outcomes.- Coordinate administrative staff, contractors and suppliers engaged to facilitate the delivery of events, projects and/or initiatives.- Work collaboratively with the QAS Principal Project Officer to deliver support, advice and guidance to the Senior Leadership Team.- Work collaboratively with the wider Australian High-Performance system (including State Institutes, AIS, international and professional elite sport networks) to share knowledge and leverage opportunities.- As a member of the QAS team, take shared accountability for setting a highperformance culture by owning and fostering our values and behaviours throughout our organisation.- Provide a safe, and safe environment for QAS supported athletes and any other children and young people engaged with the QAS, free from physical, sexual and emotional abuse or neglect.
