We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to be an integral member of our team. We are looking for someone who is energetic, passionate, and not afraid to make this role their own by putting in place the processes necessary to promote future growth of the business The position will require a highly organised, highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced working environment. Key Responsibilities
Managing daily administrative functions of projects.
Liaising with consultants to define outcomes and timelines.
Collecting and analysing project data and reporting on outcomes.
Coordinating and administering meetings, including issuing of minutes.
Processing invoices.
Managing the seamless flow of project documentation, proposals, engagement letters and contracts.
Providing daily support to project team as directed by management.
Support the onboarding of external delivery partners.
Assisting Project Managers with budgeting and regular reporting.
Senior Partner support including diary and expense management and booking travel.
Ideal Candidate
A flexible working style and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Developed problem-solving skills
Acute attention to detail
Ability to manage and execute multiple deadlines and milestones
Professional acumen & excellent communication skills
Excellent time management skills to manage multiple assignments concurrently
Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage however not necessary as in-depth training will be provided
