THE OPPORTUNITY  

We have a full-time 12 month contract opportunity available for a Project Coordinator/Supply Chain Management Implementation Coordinator to join our team in Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne. 

This role will oversee and manage the end-to-end planning, scheduling and coordination of implementation activities relating to various services and revenue divisions for small to medium projects, as well as supporting our Software Implementation Project Management Operations team for large/complex projects.  This role is responsible for ensuring that the project is carried out efficiently and in compliance with established timelines to support the business in achieving our organisational revenue and customer satisfaction targets. 

Key Responsibilities:   

• Ensure implementation process is delivered in a timely manner ensuring accuracy of the customer’s environment, site-specific information and where applicable IT connectivity forms, instructions and any other necessary details are followed.  
• Scheduling of transport for all order types (Installs, Accessories, Returns, Relocations, Changeovers etc) across various systems.  
• Scheduling of technical resources for installations, decommissioning and recommission where requested.  
• Where required manage projects from initiation phase through to closure using various project management methodologies and frameworks 
• Project and operational risk are identified, and mitigation measures instigated prior to commencement   
• Clear and Precise communication with Logistic partner/s and technical resources to ensure a successful implementation  

Skills & Qualifications:     

• Minimum of 2 years experience in project coordination 
• Demonstrated Coordination and Planning skills for effective & efficient project delivery  
• Excellent attention to detail  
• Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)  
• Strong Stakeholder communication skills (internal and external) at all levels to influence project direction and manage expectations  
• Process driven and well organised  
• Proven administration skills with intermediate to advanced Excel skills, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Project
