The Project Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of two critical digital transformation projects taking place by coordinating stakeholders, ensuring workloads are distributed and project timelines and milestones are adhered to.
The two projects include;
- Roll-out of Xplor, City of Sydney’s chosen Leisure Membership Management Software
- Launch of a new consolidated ‘Aggregator website’, and upgrade to the website Content Management System (CMS)
Previous experiencing managing change projects is desirable, as is a working knowledge of the LINKS Leisure Membership Management Software. Previous experience using a website CMS (e.g wordpress, sanity) and publishing web content updates is desirable.

- Proficiency with MS Office

- Ability to have challenging conversations and adapt communication style to educate and influence
- Ability to use initiative, solve problems and make decisions in line with company policy and agreed parameters
- Proven ability to act with courtesy, and high levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion
- Cultural sensitivity and able to work across the community
- 2+ years of relevant experience (Desirable)
- Previous experience using Xplor Recreation (Desirable)
- Previous experience in Leisure Membership Management software change management
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Project management experience
