The Project Specialist will support the overall program Management for the Spart Parts Simplification deployment.

Core Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Program Governance
- Helps establish and maintain program governance frameworks, processes and standards.
- Ensure PMO methodologies are followed consistently and assist in developing PMO police and procedure
- Support PG Parts Owner and Tiger Team Lead in tracking and monitoring program performance. Assist in identifying issues, risks and dependencies that may impact program delivery.
- Help ensure quality of program deliverable and adherence to established standards. Perform regular audits to identify gaps and non-compliance of program plan and processes.
- Ensure overall QA on integrated program, initiative milestones and interdependencies.
- Support facilitation of communications between program stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing draft agendas, collating inputs and dissemination to relevant parties - ensuring that all site support materials have been prepared ahead of time site engagement plans.
- Facilitate logistics coordination to ensure internal flights and camp accommodation are secured for site visits.
- Assist and support creation and distribution of regular reports and dashboards - ensuring a line-of-sight and coordination across the suite of technology enhancement initiatives being deployed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation, including program plans, scope cards, RAID log, idea register and other related program documentation.
- Maintain basic budget administration - including the tracking of costs against initiatives and management of invoice payments against PO's.
- Provide support where needed to SME's and initiative leads on project management methodologies, tools and processes.
- Support knowledge sharing sessions and identify lessons learned and pitfalls to avoid for other workstreams.
