Our client, based in East Perth, is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for an Immediate Start for a 6 month contract on an IT project.
You will be responsible for:
- Working alongside Project Managers to ensure that projects are implemented to the satisfaction of the management team.
- Attending project meetings and monitor project status reports and escalate major project issues/risks.
- Conducting workshops/presentations where required with key stakeholders.
- Provide specialist input for the management of the ICT PMO.
- Monitor project status ensuring scope, budget, time and quality are on target and maintained.
- Manage project resources to meeting agreed plans, budgets and performance levels.
- Undertake consultation, liaison and negotiation with stakeholders.
You will have:
- Background working in Project Coordination roles across IT projects.
- Ability to present to the management team on progress of projects.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and administration on projects.
You must be available to start immediately, based in Perth and have full working rights for this role.
