The Role
The Project Coordinator role is responsible for coordinating the Insurance repair projects as part of our construction team. These projects will vary in value between 5k – 300k and are located across our national network.
This role is essential to the success of each project and is an integral point of contact for our Clients, Customers, Site Supervisors, and Sub-Contractors.
If you have worked in the construction industry previously, and/or possess a keen understanding of insurance repair works, we would love to talk with you.
Key areas of responsibility:
Create exceptional relationships with our Customers. This role is responsible for providing regular and detailed updates to help our Customers understand the work we will be performing for them and the timeline for this to happen.
Strong administration skills are required, including experience using the Microsoft Office suite. Previous exposure to the PRIME Ecosystems platform will be highly regarded.
Work as a team alongside the on-site Supervisor to coordinate all aspects of the project from commencement to handover.
Prepare repair schedules and monitor progress on multiple projects consecutively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our Insurance Clients by meeting strict deadlines and KPIs.
Establish relationships of trust and support with Site Supervisors and Sub-Contractors.

Understand construction terminology and methodology. This role requires the ability to confidently review each project and break it down into stages of repair and order of trade, before allocating and scheduling works through to completion.
You will display exceptional communication skills, with an understanding of empathy and the importance of verbal communication as the preferred means of contact with any stakeholder.
Strong time and operational management skills are essential to this role.
