Form of workClicks IT is working with a nationally operating organisation within the transportation/aviation sector.
They play a vital role in in the safety of millions of Australians per day and have a number of transformation programs in flight.
As such, they are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team and become a driving force behind the success of a major tech program.
Within this role, you will be accountable for ensuring the effective support of project related activities to ensure its smooth implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and advice to Technology projects & changes on operational and transition requirements
- Provide day to day support and coordination across projects
- Develop and communicate weekly updates to Projects and the internal Transition Team.
- Management of deliverables under the associated frameworks with internal stakeholders.
- Management of conflicting priorities under pressured timeframes.
- Administrative duties associated with document controls.
Key Experience Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar Project Coordination role
- Experience working within technology/infrastructure programs
- Demonstrable experience with regard to interpersonal, consultative, organisational and facilitation skills
- Experience of a Project Management and Delivery environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate with ICT and business stake holders (internal or external)
The Offer:
- 12 month contract
- $700 per day
- Office based in Eagle Farm
- Hybrid mode of work - 3 days office - 2 WFH
