Form of workColorcorp - a division of The GJI Group is an award winning signage company. Located in Brisbane, providing high quality custom, wide format digital print, point of sale, vehicle wrapping as well as internal and external signage.
We have recently won a large project for a long standing International Client which requires an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team.
About the role
The successful candidate will ideally come from a manufacturing/signage/print background and have experience working within a framework that delivers exceptional project outcomes for our customers.
A component of the role will also involve managing our extensive national contractor network, therefore strong organisational and communication skills are essential.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be part of customer experience team and support head of Customer experience
- Coordinating and communicating with our national contractor/installation network
- Liaising with client on project
- Liaising with internal stakeholders
- Responsibility for managing suppliers and maintaining project documentation and governance
- Ensuring measurements, site inspections, materials and job requirements are accurate and accounted for prior to start of job
- Ensure compliance to WH&S Practices and QA Procedures at all times
To be successful in this role you will ideally have:
- Experience in the manufacturing, signage or print industry.
- Strong project coordination and administration skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with conflicting priorities and pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and computer literacy
- Experience managing external suppliers
- Honest, reliable and punctual
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Past experience using Vector software (eg. Corel or lllustrator) is desirable but not essential
- Experience in using Project Management software i.e. Monday/Trello is desirable but not essential.
