About this role:
Working within Queensland Rail's Major Projects Integration team, the Program Delivery Manager - Capability & Process role will see you joining the RIS/TSD team within the wider Cross River Rail project. You will lead the team in the review, assessment, development, consultation and implementation of new and updated training and managed documents relating to the project. In an ever growing and exciting area of the business now is a great time to join Queensland Rail and really make your mark!
Amongst others, you can expect some of your responsibilities to include :
- Lead the program management for multidisciplinary projects
- Develop and implement a strategic program plan, monitor and report on the program status
- Assurance alignment to key business and project risks
- Provide leadership and expert advice in terms of Queensland Rail's SEMS policy and learning frameworks.
What you can bring to the role:
- High level of program leadership, strategic thinking and management skills
- Extensive knowledge of rail safety and accreditation management
- High level of skill in negotiating outcomes and managing a large range of diverse stakeholders
- High level of skill in directing and working within complex commercial environments
