Can coordinate assigned aspects of the project and supports Project Managers in the management and execution of the project. Executes work packages as assigned to a high quality. Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Coordination:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Client Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively manage and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality automation solutions.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Create and update project documentation as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering).
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the automation industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
