Due to significant growth across all pockets of the business, there are career opportunities for Project engineers to bring their civil expertise within the Urban Development/Subdivision sector.
The Role:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer, with a good understanding of the following areas Infrastructure, Subdivisions, Drainage, and Earthworks. You will be coordinating all stages of projects - a true variety of diverse works, collaborating with different clients and inter-departmental teams
About you:
You'll be a qualified Civil Engineer, with a great understanding and experience of civil construction and subdivision works.
- Extensive experience gained within the major civil infrastructure or residential, commercial, and industrial subdivision project space is desirable.
- Manage construction planning, programming, and completion schedules
- Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
- Oversee and work with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Delivering progress reports to the Construction Manager
- Prior experience with Subdivision or earthwork projects on a similar scale
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Good problem solving skills
