About the role:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the overall success of projects, covering safety, quality, cost, program adherence, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include comprehensive understanding and communication of contractual matters, effective management of project risks and opportunities, program preparation and tracking, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of project systems.
To thrive in this role, you must possess:
- Project Manager experience in Commercial Construction (3+ years)
- Tertiary qualification in construction management or equivalent
- Exceptional leadership, motivation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in financial analysis and commercial acumen
- Ability to work efficiently within time constraints
- Strong organizational skills and local industry knowledge
