Job Title: Project manager
Location: Granville
Salary: $100k - $150K + Super

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. If you have a passion for project management and a track record of successful project delivery, we want to hear from you. The projects you will work on are small residential builds.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
Coordinate and oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors.
Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budgetary resources.
Optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency and productivity.
Identify potential risks and uncertainties associated with the project.
Develop risk management plans and implement strategies to mitigate and manage risks.
Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle and take proactive measures to address emerging issues.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Establish quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and evaluate project performance.
Conduct regular reviews and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in the relevant field.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to navigate changing project requirements, priorities, and stakeholder expectations.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices in project management.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin.
Possess Australian PR permanent residency.
