As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of industrial projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will leverage your expertise and relevant methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

This role requires energy and passion for the fitness industry to bring the best experience for our members. 

The essential skills & qualifications we are looking for are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the industrial sector, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations effectively.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality management.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and professional development.
• Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
• Working with Children/Vulnerable People check as per relevant State location (willing to acquire if not already holding)

• Lead and manage complex industrial projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize Project management methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor projects, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and flexibility.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior Project Managers and team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
