The Company:Our client, a premier National Contractor, offers an unparalleled opportunity to engage in Public/Private projects across various sectors, including Commercial, Government, and Infrastructure Assets.
They are in search of an adept Construction Project Manager, someone like you, to oversee a $50M+ Capital Works program. This role involves providing top-notch service to ensure the expectations of their esteemed Blue Chip clients are not just met but surpassed.

The ideal candidate will have robust client stakeholder management skills and experience in handling technically demanding projects. Your extensive project management and contract administration expertise, preferably gained while serving end-user clients, will be crucial for this role.
You are committed to securing outstanding results for your clients. Your comprehensive experience with construction projects, ranging from residential (accommodation) to commercial, particularly within the public sector, will be highly beneficial.
In partnership with the Director and Project Management team, you will operate from their Brisbane office. Site visits and meetings will be part of your responsibilities. You can be assured that your integral role in successful project delivery will bring you immense satisfaction and pride.
To be considered for the position of Senior Project Manager you will require:
- The ideal candidate will possess a professional degree in one of the following disciplines: construction, project management, engineering, quantity surveying, or architecture.
- Qualifications in Project Management, or an equivalent combination of knowledge and experience, are highly desirable.
- Experience in project management is preferred, particularly within the design, management, or construction sectors.
- A comprehensive understanding of the entire project lifecycle, including all operational stages from inception to completion and post-project evaluation, is essential.
- The candidate should have excellent knowledge and experience with all principal project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Working experience within a client-focused, preferably professional services consultancy environment is expected.
- Familiarity with the Queensland and broader Australian market/projects is advantageous.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities are required, along with a proven track record of satisfying client relationships.
