- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare or aged care sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Australian Police Check or willingness to obtain one
