About Us: Addition Projects is a shopfitting company based on the Sunshine Coast. As a small, privately owned firm, we specialize in retail and food & beverage projects, with a portfolio that includes national brands and smaller independent clients.

Position Overview: We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting with project management tasks and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Buildexact software for quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and project tracking.
• Identify and implement efficiencies within Buildexact.
• Manage documentation required for CDC and COC, and coordinate with certifiers.
• Provide necessary documentation to landlords for onsite work.
• Communicate with suppliers and contractors for information, pricing, and scheduling.
• Manage project queries from clients, landlords and contractors.
• Conduct research to identify potential customers and explore growth opportunities.

• Knowledge of construction and materials.

• Strong understanding of project timelines.
