Position Overview: We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting with project management tasks and contributing to the growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Buildexact software for quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and project tracking.
- Identify and implement efficiencies within Buildexact.
- Manage documentation required for CDC and COC, and coordinate with certifiers.
- Provide necessary documentation to landlords for onsite work.
- Communicate with suppliers and contractors for information, pricing, and scheduling.
- Manage project queries from clients, landlords and contractors.
- Conduct research to identify potential customers and explore growth opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Knowledge of construction and materials.
