Working alongside a highly motivated team on exciting and often defining projects, your passion for the region will be ever present.A Project Manager at BAS manages the entire project and construction lifecycle, working closely with consultants, our own field based teams, contractors, government agencies, community stakeholders and internal decision makers. Collaboration will be key in this role and you will seek subject matter experts to help bring the projects to life. You will be supported to lead these projects in line with the Barwon Water Group’s Strategy 2030 vision.BAS Projects are delivered for multiple clients across Victoria, including Barwon Waters minor capital works program, using delivery models involving our own trades people and subcontractors.About YouAs a Project Manager, you will be a creative and organised professional, whose key responsibilities will be to safely and efficiently deliver projects and provide support to project engineers and supervisors.. You will have a strong working knowledge of risk mitigation and management techniques and a background in water or similar sector.You’ll be customer focused with a commercial mindset teamed with good communication skills.You will be an expert stakeholder manager, coupled with interpersonal, communication and organisational skills, with an ability to influence and engage others. You blend this expertise with an innovative approach to problem solving.Your collaborative and inclusive leadership style and strategic planning skills will enable you team to perform at a high level and see the projects delivered on time.
