What will you be doing...
This Project Manager opportunity will have you supporting the Senior Project Managers and broader leadership team in this flat-structured business. This role will have you add value to your construction knowledge while taking on projects at various stages with support and guidance.
To be considered suitable, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Property, Engineering or Construction
- Minimum of 2 - 6 years experience in Project Management or Contract Administration working directly for the main contractor in Australia
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Self-starter whilst still being collaborative
- Understand and prioritise tasks in line with project deliverables
- New / base build construction experience
- You might be worried about the current pipeline of projects in your current role.
- You will be currently working for a main contractor/builder in the tier one, two or three space.
- Proven history of exposure to large projects - commercial, health, prisons, retail or industrial projects managing the main contractor
- You might be stuck in a business with a glass ceiling or in a smaller business that doesn't provide you with the opportunity to grow your career into a Project Manager.
- You will have a good sense of humour, like being hands-on with your projects and delivering to a very high standard of quality.
- Proactive and care about quality
