Salary: $140,000 - $160,000
Overview
Mission Critical Recruitment are seeking a first-class client-side Project Manager to manage upcoming pipeline of hyperscale Data Centre projects.
As a Project Manager, supported by the Project Director, you will manage multi-million dollar technical construction / fit-out projects, overseeing the project scope, project quality, timelines and budgets. This role could suit an experienced Assistant Project Manager looking for their next step up.
Responsibilities

• Managing external project management consultants
• Project cost and contract management.
• Day to day project reporting
• Interface and manage communications with internal and external teams
• Develop and execute project management plans
• Concurrently manage multiple projects
• Project reviews and audits, construct-ability reviews, commissioning and project close out

Requirements

• 4 years minimum of project/construction management experience in major technical construction / fit-out / upgrade projects - ideally in critical environments
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in construction, QS, civil engineering or construction related.
• Project management qualification highly desirable
• High level communication skill with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate competing priorities
