Our client are a growing Commercial Construction Management Company who design and build a range of projects across NSW. They have a proven track record of delivering Medical Centres / Hospitals / Industrial Warehousing /Aged Care / Office blocks etc.
They already have a full order book going into 2024/ 2025 – with secured projects based in The Greater Sydney Metro area and a few regional projects in Mildura / Hay /Wagga Wagga / Dubbo / Orange etc.
As a result they are now looking for a Project Manager who can successfully deliver the above within Time, Cost and Quality.
Based in modern offices in Sydney’s North Shore and reporting directly to the Construction Director - the successful candidate is likely to have:
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia.
- At least four plus years Australian experience delivering similar projects to the above- within Time, Cost and Quality. Please provide project details on your application.
- Experience with MS Project / Cheops / Procore / Nexvia / Aconex / Hammertech or similar will be highly regarded.
- Current White Card.
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner with all parties.
- Ability to identify risk and opportunity.
- Checkable References
- Outstanding Oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and police checks if required.
- From time to time - Regional travel will be required
