The opportunity
We are building the foundations to enhance member, employer and employee experiences to help our members face the future with confidence. As part of this we are embarking on a program that will see HESTA partner with GROW Inc. for its outsourced administration services to drive the pace and scale of data and technology-led innovation designed to deliver outstanding service and experiences for its members and partners. As part of this project, we are seeking a Project Manager to take responsibility for various aspects of this project. Working on a maximum term contract until the end of November 2024, you will successfully define and deliver across multiple streams to ensure project benefits and member outcomes are met.
About you
Naturally, you have strong experience in the management of a complex portfolio of projects and expertise in the use of technology platforms and systems as well as process and change management, ideally (but not necessarily) in fund management and/or financial services. You have outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple streams that have been developed and refined on other large scale, enterprise-wide projects involving one or more of the following:
• experience in managing vendors to achieve a full and complete transition ensuring appropriate project governance and outcomes. Superannuation experience is highly regarded and preferred.
• end to end experience in managing a superannuation transformation including a working knowledge of correspondence management, finance and risk/regulatory frameworks
• experience in transition projects with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and its partners
Just as importantly, you'll be eager to use your expertise to help make a positive difference to every HESTA member's financial future.
What's in it for you?
HESTA is a highly collaborative and values-driven organisation so you will join a growing industry fund that has a welcoming and supportive culture and outstanding conditions, including an enviable work/life balance. This is your chance to gain career-building experience and exposure to an expanding industry.
