Their network of large-scale medical centres spans all down the east coast with multiple locations in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and on the Gold Coast.
About the Role
This is a fixed-term contract role for a Marketing Manager to join a growing healthcare organization covering a period of an initial 6 months. Reporting into the CMO, you will be responsible for end-to-end digital project management, focused on rolling out their new Medical Membership Program and supporting uptake of their mobile app.
As the Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include the following and more:
Execute on the company’s existing campaign strategies through integrated marketing channels
Project manage the rollout of the new Membership program at the medical centre level.
Work with medical centre management teams and stakeholders to ensure all patients sign up to the new membership program.
Work with key agencies to ensure the technology and program delivers on business requirements.
Ensure all digital experiences are reflective of their brand positioning - Exceptional Healthcare for All.
Develop and disseminate marketing communications materials to support rollout and uptake.
Skills & experience
Experience in rolling out or supporting membership, subscriptions or association programs
Exposure to increasing mobile app uptake or activity is ideal
Experience in collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to improve the success projects
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in integrated marketing and communications
Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Project Management or similar
MUST have the ability to drive as stakeholder visits to the medical centres is required
