About this Opportunity
As the Project & Performance Manager - Quality you will play a pivotal role in fostering a robust food safety culture, streamlining processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across all departments within Lactalis. You will be responsible for leading and implementing strategies to ensure compliance, efficiency, and operational excellence, while also enhancing our customer experience and vendor assurance programs.
To be successful in the position, you will be passionate about implementing and improving technology systems to get the best results from a quality perspective. This will include integrating systems and utilising six sigma methodologies to optimise processes, efficiency, and compliance. You will also have the ability to influence and drive projects across the business to ensure results are being met.
About you:
We need a proactive person who is willing and able to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. To ensure success in the role, the successful applicant requires the below toolkit:
- Technical qualification in food safety or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in improvement methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis and Lean Six Sigma.
- Excellent data analysis skills, including proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
