About the role
We currently have a new and exciting opportunity for a junior Project Support Officer to join our team based out of our Packenham depot.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to progress your career and develop skills in order to provide administration support to Project Managers, Project Teams and Project Delivery Services
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Organising deliveries and shipments to and from site
- Create Invoices and purchase requisitions
- Collaborating with the Fleet team to ensure any vehicles on site are serviced and compliant
- Organising amenities, stationery and maintain a well-functioning site office
- Assisting with travel bookings and expense claim forms for the project team
- Maintaining project compliance documentation such as time sheets and induction records and efficient management of project records
- Supporting project cost management, MCR daily diaries and all other required SAP functions
- Preparation of internal and external reporting, registers and templates
About You
The successful applicant will have previous experience in administration, have a friendly and professional manner in order to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and be eager to learn and develop new skills, with can do attitude.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to adapt to change to suit business requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft software package
