About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch secretariat and administrative support across various high-level committees and ISA-hosted events. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth operation of the Strategic Workforce Planning Committees and support other committees and working groups when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secretariat services: Provide professional secretariat services, including meeting arrangements and planning, document preparation and management, minute-taking, and action item tracking. Provide first-tier support to committee members for communications and technical support and when required, act as intermediary for issues and questions.
- Events: Deliver administrative and coordination support for ISA's array of events, from Industry Roundtables to the Supply Chain Leaders’ Summit, as well as ISA’s participation at industry conferences and events and other stakeholder engagement activities.
- Training products: Support ISA Project Specialists and Technical Committees in the development of Training Package products that play a crucial role in the continuous improvement of vocational education content.
- Project and Administrative Support: Offer exceptional customer service, support project teams, manage critical project information, and contribute to the development of operational procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven time management and organisational prowess, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, and CRM.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset, keen attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively, both autonomously and in a team.
Desirable:
- A good working knowledge or familiarity with Australia’s vocational education and training system.
