Seeking a Projects Administrator to provide in-depth support for an industry-leading team based in Hemmant. Reporting to the Director of Projects, this role works closely with the Project Management team in coordinating various project-related tasks such as tendering and documentation management.With a strong focus on team culture and open communication, you will have the opportunity to assist in refining the tendering process and providing feedback on areas of continuous improvement. This diverse role will also assist in ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sales and Project Management teams for equipment sourcing in contract tender processing.
- Assist in obtaining compliance with authorities and completing necessary documentation for projects.
- Manage project equipment and related items using MYOB Exo Job Costing.
- Track excess material and document accordingly.
- Develop and coordinate HSEQ documentation for new projects.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including bill of material.
- Review and advise on claims for payment and variation claims.
- Ensure professional standards and company objectives are met.
- Experience in Project Administration.
- Knowledge of WHS regulations and a strong level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent Organisation and communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve results within established deadlines.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement and robust document control practices.
