THE ROLE:
Exciting opportunity for a Brisbane-based Projects Manager with work-from-home flexibility. Blend of operational management (80%) and business development (20%). Target new clients in Queensland's resource sectors, oversee a team of 4, and ensure top-notch customer service.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Efficient project management to achieve business objectives.
- Improve organizational efficiencies and capabilities.
- Ensure timely and budgeted project outcomes.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks.
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team.
- Develop strategic plans and client pipelines.
- Bid preparations and solution design.

- Minimum 5 years' projects management experience in Oil & Gas or resource sectors.
- Tertiary studies in a related discipline (Business degree, MBA).
- Sound knowledge of airline or ocean freight operations.
- Strong understanding of Freight Forwarding systems and Project Management.
- Advanced commercial acumen and analytical ability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Target and results-focused, able to work autonomously.
