Full time Position – hybrid working arrangements available West Footscray location Competitive salary plus salary packaging A great opportunity exists for a Promotional Administration Assistant to join a national business distributing personal health care products to people in their homes. This is a not-for-profit company where proceeds from sales go towards community support to people living with a disability. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Promotional Supplier Manager and act as a crucial liaison between key departments and work closely with valued suppliers. Duties will include, although are not limited to: Collaborate with suppliers to collect and verify product information Assist in the development, production and distribution of product catalogues, brochures & flyers Responsible for getting content, artwork and photos for catalogue and webstore Data entry of up to date product information for existing and new products to ensure they are displayed accurately on the Webstore and internal database Maintain organised records of promotional activities and product data Liaise with internal teams including marketing and customer service to ensure seamless promotional activities General administrative duties To be considered for this position you will possess the following attributes: Previous experience in a similar role or strong administrative experience highly regarded Knowledge of marketing media platforms and/or promotion is highly advantageous Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent team player Good computer skills and experience using an ERP system an advantage Effective communication skills – both written and verbal Capability to follow up with internal stakeholders and suppliers High level of accuracy and attention…
