About you:
The Property & Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management, fit outs, maintenance, and strategic development of our practice facilities across Australia. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in property management, facility operations, and regulatory compliance. Developing and implementing effective internal communication plans.
- Experience in a similar role including experience in fitouts, repairs and maintenance and/or general repairs preferably in a multi-site operation healthcare business
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred
- Sound knowledge of services and resources required for fitouts, repairs and maintenance procedures, strong analytical ability including diagnostics with a technical bent.
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills in the performance of your role
- Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective internal and external relationships with a strong ability to network
- Capable of working autonomously and as part of a high performing team.
