About Our Client

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Property Administrator on the outskirts of the CBD. With the flexibility to work a minimum of 3 days across the working week you will be able to create that life style balance you desire.

About You

Duties include
  • Property inspections & maintenance
  • Rent Reviews
  • Database management
  • New management/Tenancy set up
  • Processing tenancy rent
  • Issuing monthly rent invoices to tenants from Re-Leased system
  • Processing monthly payments to landlords
  • Managing tenancy rent arrears and follow-up as required
  • Preparation of monthly budget reports to landlords as
  • Collection of monthly sales figures
  • Manage casual lease bookings, including invoices & processing payments received
  • Arrange maintenance contractors for property maintenance requests
  • Facilitate collection of tenants public liability insurance certificates annually

Skills & Experience
  • For you to be successful in this position you will need to show stability and experience in a busy property management-based role (2-4 years).
  • Exposure to a similar position in the property industry (residential or commercial) will be highly regarded.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook will be essential to your success.
  • Candidates must have their current property management license.
