About us;Property Compliance Victoria is a well-established Compliance Company that specialise in rental Property Compliance inspections assessing Minimum Standards. MS was introduced in March 2021 by the Victorian Government and involves assessing if a property meets the minimum housing standard as dictated by the new legislation.
Property Compliance Victoria operate throughout Metropolitan Melbourne Victoria to regional Victoria such as, Echuca to Bairnsdale and everywhere in between.
We, PCV are growing at a rapid rate and require several field Compliance Auditors for the Northern regions of Victoria, (Ballarat Bendigo), Mornington Peninsula and South Eastern Victoria as far as Metung/Lakes Entrance.
Head office is in Collingwood, where you will have regular toolbox meetings. You will spend most of your time on the road in your region and at times required in other areas of Victoria should the requirement arise.
PCV is a private company and not a franchise.
About you; You are trade qualified/worked in the trade industry, ideally suited to a Plumber/Electrician/Carpenter, someone who wants to get off the tools as this job is less labour intensive with the need of trade based common sense/assessment of properties.
All you need is a reliable, I-phone, be very presentable and good with time management and have the confidence to have polite conversations and engage respectfully with renters and property management staff.
You require an ABN as this is a currently contractor position.
You will also require Public Liability and Professional indemnity insurances.
Ability to travel to the regions.
You would be supervised for the first week on site after an induction process in the office where you meet the team and complete your training.

You are effectively paid per house/apartment depending on the number of bedrooms, more bedrooms the greater the pay.
Audits take between 20 minutes to 50 minutes.
Travel allowance is paid when extensive travel is required.
We try and book the jobs as close to each other as possible.
The best news is, NO Ladders or crawling under houses.
