ASX 300 listed business providing integrated end-to-end asset life-cycle services to utility and telecommunications asset owners, operators and regulators across Australia. The company provides services in the design, construction, operation and maintenance of assets across these networks and delivering a range of services across power, gas, water and renewable energy utilities, roads, rail, and fixed and wireless telecommunication networks.
The Role
Coordinate and support day to day operation and performance of the group’s properties and facilities, including but not limited to.
- the day to day maintenance and presentation of the Company’s properties and facilities, ensuring all tenancies are fully operational, clean and in good working order
- Support the management of project activities related to fit out, modifications, relocations and other capital or maintenance works
- General operations and service delivery duties, including coordination and timely response of support requests received through the Assets and Facilities inbox.
- Assist with review and analysis of monthly premises financial results ensuring records are maintained to explain variances
- Ensure properties & Facilities comply with Company policy, Australian Standards and other regulatory requirements
- Processing of supplier invoices in a timely manner and ensuring appropriate archiving system is maintained
- 4+ years experience in property or facility management
- Experience in a trade or contractor management
- Excellent stakeholder engagement & management skills at all levels, both internally and external.
- A team player who is motivated and can drive outcomes in an inclusive and collaborative manner.
- A service delivery / continuous improvement / problem solving mindset.
- Ability to analyse maintenance issues and provide recommendations based on findings
- Eye for detail / go getter
- Drivers license
