Position Description: We are seeking a Financial Investment Advisor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert financial advice, managing client portfolios, and fostering strong client relationships. With a focus on real estate investment and asset management, the role requires a keen understanding of financial markets, project management, and business analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice and guidance to clients, recommending suitable investment products and strategies.
- Manage client portfolios, including project development and property holding.
- Conduct business analysis to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients and their families.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in Financial Investment and client database management.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly preferable but not mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: The remuneration package for this position exceeds AUD75,000 and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
