Property Maintenance Handyman

Permanent PART-TIME POSITION - Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm

The successful Applicant will:

• Have own transport
• Hold current Police Check & Covid-19 Vaccination
• Be well presented with good communication skills
• Be able to work in a team &/or independently as required
• Possess sound knowledge of General & Grounds Maintenance requirements (incl. the associated equipment)
• Have good understanding of Workplace Occupational Health & Safety Standards
• Be prepared to undertake additional training relevant to the role eg. Nurse Call System equipment maintenance, Electrical Testing & Tagging of Appliances etc.
• Be prepared to work at our sister facility, Cheltenham Manor, if the need arises.

Aged Care experience will be highly regarded.
