We are looking for someone to assist the Property Management department with leasing and admin. You will be responsible but not limited to.
- Conduct professional and courteous open homes
- application processing
- Maintenance request
- Phone enquires
- Authorities
- Leases
- Administration
- Bond Lodgment
- Data Entry

You will need:
- Agent Rep License
- Driver’s license
- Familiar with the area but not essential.
- Reliable car
- Some experience / knowledge preferable but not essential
