The Position
- Portfolio management of under 150 properties with an Assistant and VA
- In and out of office tasks as required
- Entry and Exit condition reports
- Maintenance management
- Arrears management
- Lease renewals
- Providing exceptional customer service to tenants / follow up and clear communication
- Property Me software
The Successful Candidate:
- 2+ years Property Management experience ideal
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Legislation knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Outstanding telephone manner & time management
- Corporate presentation
- Valid driver's license
- Car Parking onsite, all fuel and tolls are covered on top of your salary
- Tech focused and advanced in their ways of managing properties
