Property Manager

Our client is a high performing Real Estate agency based in Sydney's City Fringe area looking for their next Property Manager, to join their growing team. 

The Role:

• Up to $100k package + incentives
• 180 properties
• Conduct outgoing and ingoing inspections
• Property maintenance - liaising with both tenants and trades
• Bond management
• Rent Increases, rent reviews, terminations, lease renewals
• Handing over and checking in keys
• Communication with current tenants and landlords
• Conflict resolution and tribunal preparation/attendance as required

The Candidate:

• Possession of a Real Estate Licence or Agent Assist Certificate
• Current driver’s licence and reliable car
• MUST have previous experience as a Property Manager 
• Strong administration skills 
• Must be committed to a career in Real Estate
• Full working rights in Australia
