Our client, a High Net Worth Family Office (HNWF), is seeking a Property Manager to look after one of their stunning high-end properties in the heart of Sydney CBD. You will be liaising with tenants, addressing any queries they may have, make them feel welcome & help them integrate into the community.
You will be working alongside a high-performing, tight-knit and driven team of 10, who are all about female empowerment, sharing ideas and coming up with new ways of doing things.
You will have a sophisticated approach to customer service, have fantastic comms and polished presentation.
This role is ideal for someone with Luxury Hospitality experience, looking to make a move into the corporate world.
Day to day duties & responsibilities:
Greeting guests and customers warmly and making them feel welcome.
Manage guest/customers complaints, queries, and requests.
Understand customers’ needs and provide them with personalized solutions.
Receiving mail/parcels and taking messages for customers and distributing as required
Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties for customers.
Arrange transportation for customers.
Arrange and manage corporate lunches for customers including ordering, setting out and serving
Provide information and recommendations on restaurants and dining and make bookings for customers as required.
Creating content for our various social media channels, portals and paid digital marketing platforms in conjunction with Marking Co-Ordinator. Provide a minimum of 2 photos together with content per week for social content to Marking Co-Ordinator.
Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as need
Exploring new avenues for the expansion of The Bureau
Skills & Experience required:
At least 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing position
Background in luxury hospitality is highly desirable
Experience in property management would be highly regarded
Sophisticated communication skills, both written and verbal
Corporate presentation at all times
Strong organisational skills and ability to navigate in a fast-paced environment
A go-getter attitude
