Property Manager - Eastern Suburbs

Work for a highly regarded Buyers Agency in Sydney's East ** Small portfolio of 70 executive properties **

This is an incredible opportunity to make yourself known with an incredible Buyers Agency located in the Eastern suburbs.
Based in stunning offices, this team are absolute professionals when it comes to Property Management and are seeking a like-minded person to join their team to take over a small, high end portfolio. This is an incredibly rare opportunity which won't be on the market long.

What your day would look like:

• Portfolio management of 70 properties
• Carry out ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Provide strong communication to both landlords and tenants with updates on the progress of their repairs etc
• Manage rental reviews and increases
• NCAT prep and attendance when required
• No leasing or accounting duties required

The Person:

• Previous Property Management experience - Juniors will also be considered for this role
• Strong communication skills and impeccable presentation
• Knowledge of PropertyTree is advantageous
• Valid driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
• Valid NSW Certificate of Registration
