This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to work for a high-performing, polished team in the South Sydney area.
We are currently seeking an energetic, go-getter who is driven to get into the Real Estate Industry. You will need a Certificate of Registration, drivers licence & reliable car.
Headed up by a fantastic Director that has commenced their career in real estate over a decade ago, this is a team built on a fantastic reputation for consistently achieving outstanding results for their clientele.
YOU WILL HAVE 1 ON 1 TRAINING PROVIDED!
The Role:
Daily, you will be responsibilities will include:

• Open home inspections
• Effectively liaise with tenants
• Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Arrears control
• Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
• Working towards targets and KPI's

The Candidate:

• A current Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
• Own car and Drivers license
• Needs to be very diligent and proactive
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentation skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
• Must have good energy & eager to succeed in Real Estate
