Property Manager - Part-Time

Part-time Property Manager needed for a boutique office in inner-south Brisbane, working 2-3 days per week!

Day to Day
Manage a small portfolio of properties with assistance!

• Entry and exit condition reports
• Some routine inspections
• Minimal leasing duties
• Managing maintenance
• Handling arrears
• NO trust accounting, BDM, or lease renewals!

Experience Required
Only those with experience in real estate will be considered for this role.

• The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, switched on, and show initiative
• Previous experience in Property Management
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
• The ability to multi-task
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and strong initiative to go the extra mile
