Key Responsibilities:

• Managing clients and their investment properties in a well-maintained portfolio
• Follow processes, procedures, and checklists with attention to detail
• Get exposure to all facets of the property management division
• Attend to routines, entry and exit inspections as required
• Maintain the property maintenance and ensure all properties are maintained to the highest care
• Arrears management

• QLD real estate licence / certificate
• QLD drivers licence, reliable vehicle
• A demonstrated track record in a property management position
• A first-class communicator with a professional demeanour who can liaise with high-end clientele
• A willingness to progress long term with the business
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Ability to build professional, lasting relationships with the belief that the client's best interests are the first priority

• Monday to Friday, no weekend work, school hours available
